Partial Coordination

  • Includes limited meetings with couples, planning & budget checklists, vendor research & recommendations, contract reviews, vendor liaisons, venue recommendations (tours not included), ceremony & reception coordination, set up, and break down, day-of coordination, timeline creation, and decor assistance if needed.

  • This package is for couples that have already done a lot of the legwork for wedding planning, but still need some assistance from an experienced professional to make sure everything comes together cohesively and they don’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding.

  • Investment starts at $5,000.00

Day of Coordination

  • Includes a 2 hour consultation, planning checklist, vendor and venue recommendations, vendor liaison when necessary, assistance with reception coordination, day of set up and break down, final walk through, day of coordination, and assistance with timeline creation.

  • This is for the couple that is excited to plan their wedding themselves and has done all of the legwork, but wants professional assistance the day of the wedding so that they can spend their special day focused on each other, not logistics.

When do I need to book coordination services?

This depends on how much involvement you need from your fairy god mother. If you are looking for day of coordination, booking about 6 months out is recommended. If you are looking for a full-service option, then a year is a good guideline.

Do you coordinate any events other than weddings?

Yes! Birthday Parties, Galas, Anniversaries, Baby Showers and Retirement Party are just some of the other types of events Stefanie has planned. Whether it’s small gathering with close friends of a large 500-person gala, you fairy god mother can help make your dream come true.

Will you travel for wedding coordination?

Of course! Let’s talk more about what your needs are and how we can work together. Stefanie loves to travel and working in new locations.

Do you offer payment plans?

To lock in the date requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before your event. If a payment plan is needed, we can discuss on a case-by-case basis.
