Glitter and Gleam was founded by Stefanie Floodeen. Her mission is to create a more personal experience for couples. Couples who are trying to keep track of all the little details they want to make their wedding everything they’ve always dreamed it to be.

This is where the idea of becoming a “Fairy Godmother” of sorts came to be. Stefanie will listen to all your hopes and dreams for your wedding and make it come true.

With a mission to make every couple's special day truly magical, Stefanie has become a true fairy godmother in the world of weddings. Her passion and attention to detail are unmatched, and she goes beyond just the traditional role of wedding planner. She sees herself as not just a coordinator but a confidante, a friend, and a guiding force through the journey of planning the perfect wedding.

She seamlessly managed every detail on our wedding day, ensuring everything ran smoothly and allowing us to truly enjoy the moment without a single worry. She was available for questions throughout the planning process to ensure that no stone was left unturned. Her calm demeanor, incredible organizational skills, and proactive approach to potential issues made her invaluable. She was not only professional but also genuinely supportive, going above and beyond to execute our vision perfectly. While the venue, wedding parties, and decor were all huge contributors to our perfect day, none of it would have come together as seamlessly as it did without the hard work of Stefanie. The moment we met with her she took away so much of the stress by creating a clearly defined timeline, making sure we had all of our bases covered, and communicated with the vendors to make sure everything went off without a hitch. At our rehearsal she kept everything on track and made us feel so secure about the wedding day.

I am the Mother of the Groom and so I did not have any contact with Stefanie until Wedding Weekend. I was SO IMPRESSED by her!! She came out and met with all of us a few days prior to the wedding and she could tell we were stressed. She was so comforting and reassuring! She made the very best of what Mother Nature gave us on Wedding Day and with a huge smile. She took care of each and every issues even before it became an issue! I was so impressed with her positive attitude as well as her care and concern for us to have the event we had hoped for.
